T9 Tramway: A transformative project in Vaulx-en-Velin

As part of the construction of the T9 tram line, the Razel-Bec Auvergne–Rhône-Alpes agency teams are delivering Lot 3 of the project, which will connect Vaulx-en-Velin to Villeurbanne. In addition to the tram infrastructure, the works include the complete redevelopment of the public realm, with the construction of new roads, cycle paths and sidewalks, as well as the modernization of underground utility networks.

Scheduled for completion in 2026, this major project combines civil engineering, road and utility works (VRD), and urban development to improve mobility, strengthen infrastructure, and sustainably transform the neighborhoods served by the future tram line.
