Covering a total surface area of 117,000 sq. metres, this project involves the construction of 4 underground car park levels (900 spaces) on top of which will be built a base that will include a swimming pool, a gymnasium and an auditorium.
One of the main environmental challenges of this project has been to ensure that it blends seamlessly into the urban environment. The aim is to create a linear, relatively dense urban development that forms a gentle transition between the cliffs of the Jardin Exotique and the Rocher de Monaco-Ville, and links up with the Canton block and the future Charles III block.
