Demolition works on Place Pierre Sémard in Ambérieu-en-Bugey

The Razel-Bec Rhône-Alpes agency teams carried out asbestos removal, soft stripping and demolition works on several buildings, including the former Maison du Peuple (People's House), a former retail building and a former public services building. The project was undertaken in a dense urban environment, with particular attention paid to minimising disruption for local residents.

This operation forms part of a wider neighbourhood redevelopment programme, which includes the creation of a new public services hub and the redevelopment of surrounding public spaces to provide a higher-quality living environment better suited to local needs.
