Aménagement public Frontignan

Public development in the Thau Basin

As part of the project to create a new cultural centre, Frontignan town council has launched two public development programmes involving the redevelopment of outdoor spaces and the creation of a pedestrian footbridge over the Canal du Rhône à Sète. The redevelopment of the outdoor spaces on the Quai Voltaire involves the roadway, cycle path, pavement, green spaces (550 m of roadway, 7,600 m² of surface coverings (deactivated concrete, draining paving stones, asphalt mix, etc.) and miscellaneous networks. The construction of a 42-metre-long pedestrian footbridge across the Canal du Rhône à Sète will link the cultural centre and the town centre to the future infrastructure: a landscaped car park and a multimodal interchange hub.
