In addition to modernising the Maera wastewater treatment plant, Maera will become a plant that is perfectly integrated into its environment, meeting the demographic and ecological requirements of the area.
During the works phase, which will begin in 2023 and continue until 2027, priority will be given to respecting the quality of life of local residents and preserving the environment, with 3,000 homes supplied with hot water and heating, 9,000 homes supplied with biogas and 1,900 m2 of green roofing.
