Things are running smoothly in Vincennes!
Vincennes has inaugurated its new City Stadium and Skatepark, located on Avenue des Murs du Parc. Led by Paris Est Marne & Bois, this project aims to provide a modern, inclusive, and accessible sports facility for all.
Built on a narrow and highly constrained site, the project required meticulous coordination among all stakeholders. Despite simultaneous activities and urban constraints, the work was delivered on schedule, demonstrating the expertise and commitment of the teams involved in this major project.
Coteg, a subsidiary of Razel-Bec, served as lead contractor for the earthworks/decontamination and utilities/landscaping packages, within a consortium formed with Socream and Lachaux Paysage.
