Gilles Patrosso
CEO
A graduate of ESTP (École Spéciale des Travaux Publics), Gilles Patrosso began his career with Razel in 1995 as a works engineer. After serving as Area Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Director and Deputy Managing Director of the Southern Regions and Major Projects, he became Managing Director of Razel-Bec in 2019. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of ESTP and the ESTP Foundation.
Nathalie Larosière
General Secretary
Nathalie Larosiere worked in several major industrial groups before joining Razel-Bec as General Secretary in 2020.
Jérôme Pavillard
Human Resources Director
With a background in Human Resources and Local & Urban Planning, Jérôme Pavillard worked for the Lafarge Group in France and abroad for over 20 years. He joined the Razel-Bec group as Human Resources Director in 2014.
Marc Petit
Large Projects Director
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers, Marc Petit began his career at Razel in 1985 as an equipment engineer. After holding a number of positions, he became Director of Linear Infrastructures at Razel-Bec in 2012 and was appointed as Large Projects Director in 2019.
Pascal Enjalbert
South Region Director
After 30 years within a public works company, in 2019 Pascal Enjalbert joined Razel-Bec as South Region Director. He is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers.
Alain Besson
International Director
A graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, Alain Besson began his engineering career with Razel-Bec in 2009. After a few years in production and then design, in 2019 he was appointed head of the Underground Works activity within the Major Projects Division. In 2024, he was appointed head of the International Division.
