Installation of the footbridge over the SNCF tracks
For three days and three nights, from 8 to 11 May 2024, teams from Razel-Bec were busy installing the footbridge over the SNCF tracks at l'Arbresle station. For this structure, 8 concrete blocks were built, along with 3 lift pits, which will enable people with reduced mobility to access the footbridge and cross the tracks in complete safety. This delicate operation required a shutdown to allow the metal crane to be used to lift the footbridge. The installation of the footbridge was the final stage of the project. 350 metres of platforms have already been raised, some of them with foam concrete.
