New external growth for the FAYAT Group's Public Works subsidiary
Razel-Bec has acquired Exedra, a family-owned public works group based in the south-west of France.
With this acquisition, Razel-Bec is consolidating its presence in the south-west of France, where it already operates through Fayat Entreprise TP in Aquitaine, Razel-Bec Midi-Pyrénées and Lherm TP in Toulouse. The multi-trade activities of Exedra's subsidiaries fit in perfectly with Razel-Bec's expertise, with strong regional roots in Gironde, Landes, Tarn-et-Garonne, the Basque Country and Haute-Garonne.
